Within the Walls of Camelot

About the Book

When a modern-day archaeologist is pulled into the world of King Arthur, he’s forced to trade logic for legend—crafting the Round Table, navigating courtly danger, and falling for a woman who may belong to a time he can’t keep.

With treachery rising and time slipping away, one question remains…

My Thoughts

I just love the whole idea of this series and how people step into a costume shop and come out in a different era. SO fun! There are a few more glimpses into who Mrs. McQuivey is in this book so that was an added treat. I really liked the main lead, Gareth, and how he takes in Camelot and the history he knows. I didn't love the romance plot line and to be honest, this story moved pretty slowly for me. There are some fun moments. It is enjoyable to read on how the backstory of history might have happened, it just moved a slow pace. This is a unique series with a lot of historical tidbits and details that I think many would enjoy. This just wasn't my favorite of the series so far.

Four Stars.
