About the Book
Rufus and Ryan is a new
series of books for preschoolers, featuring Ryan, an energetic little
boy, and his stuffed monkey Rufus. Basic Christian and church concepts
serve as the foundation of this series.
My Review
This is such a delightful children's board book. I love board books and this one is great for teaching little ones about church. Ryan takes his stuffed money to church and is told to sit still while they listen to the Bible story, and how it's important to see other believers. I like how it said everyone was friendly and greeted them at church, the fellowship part is important. This is a great book to show kids that church is important and not boring. Most churches have a nursery or kid's class instead of having them sit in church, which is something my parents never had with me. I know it's difficult to have children behave in church sometimes but it's a good thing to teach at a young age.
Very colorful and fun read. I will be sharing this with my newphews!
