Top Ten Tuesday Book Wrap Up

Today is a Halloween Freebie for Top Ten Tuesday but I am veering from that and posting about the last ten books I have read and not reviewed. So I will share a mini review on each of them here today!

The Bell Tolls at Traeger Hall. I love all of Jaime's books and this is her latest that JUST came out. I enjoyed it but sadly not as much as most of her others. It seemed to just end and I really wanted more and I wanted to get to know the characters better. I still give it four stars!

Echoes from a Missing Generation. I loved this book. The ending surprised me and I was totally sucked in the entire time. So good! Five stars!

Beyond Her Reach. I read each new book in this series because I like the suspense and the plot line of the main character. This one was just okay for me. It seems like the details get more gruesome as each book comes out but I still liked the suspense and trying to solve who the culprit was! Four stars.

Forget Me Not. I really liked Stacy's first two books and so I have continued to read her stories. This was okay and better than her last by far. It is pretty twisty and I had a good part of it figured out by the end. Three stars.

A Lady on the Chase. This one was as re-read and I still enjoyed it. It is funny and sweet and romantic and everything I want in this type of book. Five stars.

From Graves to Gardens. This book covers A LOT of life issues and takes some turns I wasn't expecting. It is a YA novel and reads as such. It was okay but not one I would read again. Four stars.

Crossroads. I love this series and this is book five. I am waiting for the next book to come out and most all of them have been five star reads, this one included!

Where Grace Abides. I tried to like this book as it is a split time novel which I typically love. I couldn't relate to the characters and it just wasn't the book for me. Three stars.

The Heart of Bennet Hollow. This was a lovely read. It reads slower but like you are enjoying a delicious tea. It is a beautiful story inside and out and a retelling of Pride and Prejudice. Five stars.

The Aviator's Lady. I have an unpopular opinion of this book and the entire series as a whole but I didn't love it. This one is my least favorite of the series and I wish I could say otherwise! I love Meyer's time travel books but this one I just couldn't get into or empathize with the characters.
