My Review
Ragged Hope by Cynthia Ruchti is a very encouraging realistic read. I was not expecting much out of this book simply because I thought I had read many books similar. I was impressed with the set up of the book and the encouragement. Ragged Hope made me think a lot about my own life. She writes multiple short stories of different people and their life experiences and how they react to them. These people in unthinkable situations, suicide, divorce, gambling, etc, stay positive and create hope for themselves. Each chapter has a story then ends with questions that you can parallel with your own life, a verse, and a quote. This could easily be read as a devotional or some type of daily reading. I really enjoyed how Cynthia wrote and will be looking for more books from her. This book could be for anyone, even those who still have hope. This is a great reminder for everyone.

I highly recommend, I give it five stars!
